a little butter on the toasted bread

1/2 a steak burger form Steak & Shake
About 7 sips of chocolate milkshake (OMG so good)
A couple of fries (we brought lunch home, so with the drive the fries weren't any good)

Dinner
3 slices of totinos hamburger pizza

Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
1 oreo cookie
chex mix (not as much as last night but still too much)
1 small chocolate drizzle rice crispy bar
1 slice of swiss cheese

OMG, what the hell did I eat today, totally terrible! Way way way too much sugar! I threw away the M & M's today because I was tempted and had been eating them throughout the holiday! Going to toss the chex mix out too, it just has absolutely no benefits!

So, I never technically ate dinner, but I stopped by the refridgerator about 10 times and kept taking a bite of the bacon cheeseburger wrap we had for dinner the night before. It was really good cold

No "exercise" although I did clean the living room, hallway, office, dining room, & I went to the nursery and got some plants them came home and potted them. Let's just say too when cleaning, the floors are all hardwood, so I have to vaccum, mop twice, then polish, so it's a lot of work!

OMG, where to begin
We went to some friends for dinner. They made homemade fresh fried tortilla chips and homemade guacamole (sp) I snacked way too much for about an hour, plus I had some carrots and ranch and some pumpernickel (sp) bread with ranch. Then for dinner they had rice/beans and tacos. I ate a few bites of rice/beans and about 1/2 a chicken taco. I ate way tooooooo much but gosh it was good. For dessert I made an eclair dessert with grahm crackers, vanilla pudding/whip cream, chocolate. Yum. I had about 4 bites, but didn't take any bites with the chocolate, it's too sweet.

Did 1 mile on the ellipticle. I was ready to give up at 1/2 a mile, I just had zero energy and so did not want to work out but I convinced myself to get that mile. I also did some sit-ups.

I started out making a kid's cuisine frozen hamburger meal (gag) needless to say one bite of the burger and a couple of the corn was all I got down. My husband was eating a hungry man fronze chicken and mashed potatoes so I ate a couple bites of chicken and potatoes (yuck) didn't enjoy that either. So, now I'm sitting here trying to figure out what to eat seeing how our pantry is empty since we're moving in 3 days! :)

McDonalds Bacon Ranch salad with Grilled chicken and ranch dressing
I only ate half of it. Total calories for the entire thing is 430 and 34g protein, so I had half which is about 215 calories and 17g protein. That salad is soooo yummy! Sad that the salad is 260 calories and the dressing is 170 but the low cal/low fat dressing is just gross!

Drank only H2O today

Did 2 miles today on the treadmill! Of those 2 miles, I ran 1/2 a mile! Well, I did it in 2 1/4 mile increments, but hey, I ran a total of 1/2 a mile today! I also did light weights on legs and arms. I'm sure I'll be super sore tomorrow!

Anyways the kids had a blast playing with her, but it just reconfirms that I'm not ready for a dog! Too much work on top of everyday things with kids!

2 bites of a Jimmy Dean Sausage/Biscuit (after 2 bites I could fee the grease wasn't going to sit well in my tummy so I stopped. Never got around to eating anything else. The only reason I was even going to eat this was because there are 2 in a pack and I made them for my son for breakfast but he only ate one and I didn't want to waste the other, so I figured I'd have it.......my body said, no thanks!

I have no idea about calories or anything, but I had a small serving with 1/2 a biscuit (no butter). The "Pot Pie" consisted of extra lean ground beef, peas, green beans, corn, a little chedder cheese, frenches fried onions, vegetable beef soup with barley, and some seasonings. I also had a small salad and a bite of brownie. All in all, a good protein day, I think!
