Terraki Rice Stuff (as my grandparents put it)
Consists of steakums, rice, bell pepper, onion, a little wine
Snack
A few ritz mini crackers with cheese in the middle
Drank only H2O all day
Ran/Walked 1 mile then did weights (walked 2 min/ran 2 min) Whooo hoooo!
