8 onion rings with ketchup
a few bites of cold spaghetti

Dinner
1 slice of Sams Club Pepperoni Pizza (cooked at home)

Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
3 Oreo cookies

Didn't work out but I did clean all of the upstairs and the living room.

Breakfast
1/2 of a Think Thin Peanut Butter Crunch SF Protein Bar

Lunch
1 boca burger with ketchup & mustard
about 10 dill pickle slices
1 slice of swiss cheese
1 small glass of Red Diamond tea made with splenda



Did 30 minutes on the ellipticle at a 25 incline and on the resistance/pace program of 10. Ended up doing 1.17 miles and burning over 600 calories and over 115 carbs. Also ran up/down the stairs 5 sets (not including regular up and down) and did 150 situps. My legs are hurting today!

5 Dinosaur chicken nuggets
about 1/4 cup of velveeta shells & cheese
1 slice of swiss cheese

Dinner
1 chicken fajita (took off quite a bit of the tortilla)
1 slice of totino pepperoni pizza

Snacks/bites/nibbles
A few lays chips
slice of swiss cheese
slice of godfather pepperoni pizza

Did 1.15 on the ellipticle in 30 minutes at a 25 incline on the pace resistance program. Ran up/down the stairs 5 times (does not include normal up and down) Did 100 situps and some leg lifts.

About 1/3 cup of sloppy joe (no bun)
small serving of peas
about 6 french fries

Snacks/bites/nibbles
1 slice of pizza
about 4 bites of cold velveeta shells & cheese throughout the day

Did 1.15 on the ellipticle in 30 minutes at a 25 incline and at the pace/resistance program
Ran up/down the stairs 5 times (note, this does not include just regular up and down throughout the day)
Did 200 situps

1/2 bbq hamburger with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese with mayo (picked off most of the bun)
a few doritos

2 slices of godfathers pepperoni pizza (over like a 2 hour period) didn't eat the crust

a couple bites of velveeta shells & cheese

1 slice of pizza hut pizza with everything on it (you ask why I'm eating it again?!?) We were at my grandparents house tonight and they had leftovers from when we were over Thursday

About 20 Peanut M & M's throught the day (they're gone now finally)
1 slice of swiss cheese with mustard
2 slices of 98% FF OM Bologna
