1/2 of a Think Thin Peanut Butter Crunch SF Protein Bar
Lunch
1 boca burger with ketchup & mustard
about 10 dill pickle slices
1 slice of swiss cheese
1 small glass of Red Diamond tea made with splenda
Did 30 minutes on the ellipticle at a 25 incline and on the resistance/pace program of 10. Ended up doing 1.17 miles and burning over 600 calories and over 115 carbs. Also ran up/down the stairs 5 sets (not including regular up and down) and did 150 situps. My legs are hurting today!
