1/2 a small blueberry muffin
2 small cubes of cantaloupe
1 bite of banana

Lunch
10 small fried prawns
Maybe 2 french fries

Snack
10 Doritos

Dinner
Several bites of taco salad, which was mostly lettuce but I did add some guacamole (sp) OMG I forgot how good it is! I ate a few bites of the taco shell too, but tried to mainly eat the meat and veggies.

Snack
A few peanuts to take my wonderful GB pill, I'm almost done with it....yippie!

Swam for about 45 minutes & lots of walking today

ON THE ROAD

Breakfast
Picked apart a Ham/Egg/Cheese Crissont
Had mainly some of the meat and egg and a few bites of the crissont.
Ate maybe 3 hashbrowns.

Lunch
1 Slice of Cheese Pizza
Small salad with ranch

Dinner
Mc Donalds cheeseburger only the meat and about 8 french fries

Swam for about 20 minutes

Drank only H2O all day

Over about a 2 1/2 hour period I managed to eat 1 slice of Little Caesers Pepperoni Pizza and 1/2 a breadstick with some sauce. I know, carbs carbs, but it was so good and I haven't had that in ages!

Dinner
1 Little Caesers bread stick (they're gone now so no more) took over 30 minutes to eat (early evening)
True dinner
1 Stick of cheese
4 Saltine Crackers

Drank only H2O all day long

Did 1 mile on the elliptical and sit-ups.

Bad lunch, one of my clients was in town and wanted to take me and the kids out!

1/2 slice of Wonder bread for kids with a little butter

Drank Water All Day Today

Did 1 Mile on the elliptical and some sit-ups! (Thought I was going to die, as normally I do .5 miles!)

Hiked a little up at Mt. Charleston, it was tough because it was up hill and I was pushing the stroller, wow, totally different then using the treadmill or elliptical! Went for a 2 1/2 mile walk this evening. It was so beautiful outside!

"Old Fashion Beef Pot Pie"
I have no idea about calories or anything, but I had a small serving with 1/2 a biscuit (no butter). The "Pot Pie" consisted of extra lean ground beef, peas, green beans, corn, a little chedder cheese, frenches fried onions, vegetable beef soup with barley, and some seasonings. I also had a small salad and a bite of brownie. All in all, a good protein day, I think!
