Banquet oven Roasted Chicken Breast

A little BBQ sauce on top so it didn't get hard when I cooked it

Dinner
1/3 C Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper
Small hand full of cashews
1 bite size chocolate chip cookie (was so yummy and that one hit the spot)

Snack to take my GB pill
4 tostitos chips

Drank H2O all day today

Walked 2 miles and did light weights on upper and lower body
