Carnation Instant Breakfast with FF Milk

Lunch
Over about a 2 1/2 hour period I managed to eat 1 slice of Little Caesers Pepperoni Pizza and 1/2 a breadstick with some sauce. I know, carbs carbs, but it was so good and I haven't had that in ages!
Dinner
1 Little Caesers bread stick (they're gone now so no more) took over 30 minutes to eat (early evening)
True dinner
1 Stick of cheese
4 Saltine Crackers
Drank only H2O all day long
Did 1 mile on the elliptical and sit-ups.
