Breakfast
1/2 a small blueberry muffin
2 small cubes of cantaloupe
1 bite of banana
Lunch
10 small fried prawns
Maybe 2 french fries
Snack
10 Doritos
Dinner
Several bites of taco salad, which was mostly lettuce but I did add some guacamole (sp) OMG I forgot how good it is! I ate a few bites of the taco shell too, but tried to mainly eat the meat and veggies.
Snack
A few peanuts to take my wonderful GB pill, I'm almost done with it....yippie!
Swam for about 45 minutes & lots of walking today
