Breakfast
1/2 a small bagel with cottege cheese
Lunch
Couple bites of pizza (I'm sooooo sick of pizza...gag)
Snack
a few honey rosted peanuts
Dinner
1/3 c fried rice
2 small bite size egg roll things
(dinner sucked too...should have just eaten a pack of 100 cal cheese nips!)
Drank only H2O today
Did lots of walking and swam for about 20 minutes
