Breakfast
Tried to eat a few bites of a BK Ham/Egg/Cheese Crissont and it did not sit well with me. Let's just say 2 bites was all I took and it stayed down but I was miserable!
Lunch
McDonalds Bacon Ranch salad with grilled chicken. I ate almost all the chicken and some lettuce and the tomatos. Yummy yummy!
Dinner
Few bites of hamburger
Couple bites of hotdog
few bites of baked beans
a couple of french fries
Drank only H2O all day today
No exercise today, mainly driving and visiting relatives before we leave tomorrow morning!
