1/2 of a chocolate south beach bar (the big ones 19g protein)
Lunch
Small bowl of chili & 4 saltine crackers
Dinner
Small bowl of spaghetti & a slice of wonder bread with a little butter
Drank only water today, but I must admit, not nearly enough
Did not work out today (slap on hand) I worked today then Jacob had cooking class until 7 then I had to take him to my dads then we went to visit my grandparents. We got home at 9:30, so I was not about to work out after a day of go go go!
