Attempted terraki stuff and for some reason today it just did not want to stay down! So I had a 100 calorie pack of cheese nips
Dinner
Hamburger Helper Spaghetti (not too bad)
Inside of a slice of lite garlic bread
Some cashews to take my GB pill
Drank only H2O all day today
Walked 1 mile (1/4 at a 2 incline, 1/4 at a 2.5, 1/4 at a 3, 1/4 at a 3.5)
