Breakfast
A few bites of a southbeach peanutbutter/chocolate protein bar
Just had no desire to eat this morning, so I forced down a few bites because I know I have to eat something
Lunch
Small salad with lettuce/tomato/cheese/croutons/ranch dressing
and 4 club crackers
Dinner
So, absolutely nothing sounded good tonight, so after looking in the pantry a zillion times I decided to make some cheese dip. Yuck, I ate some but it didn't even taste good. Should have just skipped dinner all together!
Drank only H2O all day today
Did 1.5 miles on the treadmill today at a 3/3.5/4/4.5 incline did weights for upper & lower
