Entinnmens Creamcheese coffee cake (OMG it was soooo good). Just had a small slice

Lunch
Almost 1/2 a PBJ and a few doritos

Dinner
1 small fried chicken strip
mashed potatoes/gravy
corn

Very snacky tonight, guess it's because I didn't get enough protein today. Ended up eating a soft pretzle tonight.

Can you tell my mom is visiting

Drank only H2O today

Went swimming at Lake Mead so got lots of exercise trying to stay afloat between the waves from boats and the wind! Had a blast though. Was in the water for about an hour and a half.

Drank only H2O all day, although I wanted some tea, I just never had a glass

Did not exercise today, my sister was over with her new "baby" that she found in a trash can. Can you believe someone would just throw a puppy away? How cruel. So, to say the least she has a mommy who loves her now. I think my sister said she's sheppard. She's cute, but big, then again I guess those dogs get pretty big. Anyways the kids had a blast playing with her, but it just reconfirms that I'm not ready for a dog! Too much work on top of everyday things with kids!

I didn't get around to eating until about 2:45 and had to rush because I had to get Jacob from school. So I decided on stupid cheese dip again and it tasted gross, just like last night!

McDonalds cheeseburger without the bun and about 10 french fries. The whole meal was gross, what is wrong with me, nothing tastes good this week!!! Just thinking about that hamburger makes me want to hurl!

So, absolutely nothing sounded good tonight, so after looking in the pantry a zillion times I decided to make some cheese dip. Yuck, I ate some but it didn't even taste good. Should have just skipped dinner all together!

Did 1.5 miles on the treadmill today at a 3/3.5/4/4.5 incline did weights for upper & lower

2 bites of a Jimmy Dean Sausage/Biscuit (after 2 bites I could fee the grease wasn't going to sit well in my tummy so I stopped. Never got around to eating anything else. The only reason I was even going to eat this was because there are 2 in a pack and I made them for my son for breakfast but he only ate one and I didn't want to waste the other, so I figured I'd have it.......my body said, no thanks!

Lunch
Small bowl of chili with 4 saltine crackers

A few bites of leftover velveeta shells & cheese

1 low fat string cheese w/ 3 saltines

Did 1 mile on the treadmill at a 3 incline (only ran for like 4 minutes) and lifted light weights for legs & arms

Tried to eat a few bites of a BK Ham/Egg/Cheese Crissont and it did not sit well with me. Let's just say 2 bites was all I took and it stayed down but I was miserable!
