Lunch
Small bowl of chili with 4 crackers

Dinner
1/2 BBQ beef sandwich 4 chips & some cooked carrots

Snack to take my GB pill 100 calorie pack of cheese nips

Drank only H2O today

Did 1 mile on the elliptical & situps
