1 individual cup of sour cream pringles (less about 4 chips)
1 Slim Jim
1 100 calorie pack of cheese nips

Drank only H2O all day

Went for about a 45 minute walk late this evening

Toasted 1/2 a bagel with FF cream cheese (only really ate the top part that was toasted, didn't eat the center squishy part of the bagel.

3 ritz crackers

2 homemade meatballs
1/3 c rice
1/3 corn
a little gravy on the meatballs

Bites, Snacks, Nibbles
Maybe 6-7 gold fish crackers
3 pizza combos
1 slim jim
1 pkg 100 calorie cheese nips

Drank a little H2O today. I'm out of bottles, it's weird how I drink more out of a bottle than a glass. Tried to drink a glass of lemonade, just didn't taste too hot. It's all watered down now and I'm sipping on it.

No exercise today. I was really in a slum for some reason, Just bummed out today.

Did not exercise, but we finally hung the shot glasses we've been procrastinating with. I took about 2 hours to hang the shelves and unpack all the glasses. Then we went through 2 boxes of cables and other things and got them all sorted out and zip tied together and nice and organized.

NO EXERCISE TODAY, BUT WE WORKED OUT IN THE YARD FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. I WAS DRIPPING WITH SWEAT. IT FELT SO GOOD TO BE OUTSIDE THOUGH. I RAKED ALL THE LEAVES OUT OF THE PLAY AREA AND ONE OF THE FLOWER BEDS, THEN SWEPT THE DECK, THE PATIO AND THE SIDE PATIO. I HOPE I CAN MOVE TOMORROW.

DID NOT WORK OUT, BUT I DID MOP/VACCUM THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR OF THE HOUSE (LET'S JUST SAY IT'S ALL WOOD OTHER THAN THE FAMILY ROOM, SO I HAD TO VACCUM THE FLOOR FIRST THEN MOP AND THE VACCUM I DO IS USING THE HOSE, SO I'M STOOPED OVER THE WHOLE TIME GOING AROUND THE BASEBOARDS ETC!

Slice of bologna & cheese on dry wonder bread for kids (I bought that cheese for kids with extra stuff in it, it has only 80 calories and 8 protein) It tastes just like regular cheese to me

1/2 mexican pizza from taco bell with no sauce or tomatos on top

Snacks, bites, nibbles
couple of fries from Mc Donalds
2 bites of pbj sandwich
a few cheetos

Drank only H2O today

Did 1 mile on the ellipticle. I was ready to give up at 1/2 a mile, I just had zero energy and so did not want to work out but I convinced myself to get that mile. I also did some sit-ups.

A few bites of cold cheese rice (why did I do that, right before bed no less, why couldn't I have just kept walking and not opoened the fridge)

Went for a nice walk through the neighborhood, probably at least a mile plus it was some up and down of hills
