Slice of bologna & cheese on dry wonder bread for kids (I bought that cheese for kids with extra stuff in it, it has only 80 calories and 8 protein) It tastes just like regular cheese to me
Lunch
5 pizza rolls
Dinner
1/2 mexican pizza from taco bell with no sauce or tomatos on top
Snacks, bites, nibbles
couple of fries from Mc Donalds
2 bites of pbj sandwich
a few cheetos
Drank only H2O today
Did 1 mile on the ellipticle. I was ready to give up at 1/2 a mile, I just had zero energy and so did not want to work out but I convinced myself to get that mile. I also did some sit-ups.
