3/4 of a hashbrown patty (fried)
1/2 slice of bacon
Lunch
1 Slice of Low Fat Bologna
1 Stick of Cheese
1 Pkg of pringles
1 fun size snickers
Dinner
1/2 c spaghetti with ragu sauce
a few bites of baked chicken
about 3 bites of french bread
Snacks/bites/nibbles
1 individual cup of sour cream pringles (less about 4 chips)
1 Slim Jim
1 100 calorie pack of cheese nips
Drank only H2O all day
Went for about a 45 minute walk late this evening
