Taco salad (thank goodness it's gone)
Dinner
1/4 of a fried porkchop
small serving of rice a roni 4 cheese rice
small serving of peas
couple bites of lemon cake with a vanilla glaze
drank only H2O today
Wow, did .75 on the ellipticle, did situps and a few weights on my arms
