NO EXERCISE TODAY, BUT WE WORKED OUT IN THE YARD FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. I WAS DRIPPING WITH SWEAT. IT FELT SO GOOD TO BE OUTSIDE THOUGH. I RAKED ALL THE LEAVES OUT OF THE PLAY AREA AND ONE OF THE FLOWER BEDS, THEN SWEPT THE DECK, THE PATIO AND THE SIDE PATIO. I HOPE I CAN MOVE TOMORROW.
