1/4c rice a roni cheese rice
small serving of peas
(total of 3 oz)
I laugh at that because 9 months ago I could have eaten a 6oz filet with a large backed potato and a salad and probably still had dessert!
Dinner
1/2 hamburger (bottom bun only) with lettuce tomato, cheese, ketchup, mayo
1 pickle
about 10 baked extra crispy fries
Snacks, bites, nibbles
3 goldfish crackers
3 pizza combos
2 bites of cold spaghetti
1 slim jim
1 slice of land o lake chedder cheese
Drank only H2O today
Did 1 mile on the ellipticle in 24:11 then did situps and some weights on my arms
