Didn't eat. Had every intention of making a CIB but just got side-tracked and never did
Lunch
1 slice of wonder bread for kids without the crust
little mustard/mayo
1/2 slice of low fat bologna
1/2 slice of bordons cheese for kids
About 8 doritos
1 fun size snickers (I hate Halloween candy)
Dinner
2 slices of totinos pepperoni pizza
Bites/Snacks/Nibbles
a few doritos
Drank only H2O today
No exercise today
