Lunch
4 Cherry Tomatoes, 5 Croutons, 1 Small Rectangle of cheese, Dressing
Don't really know the stats on this wonderful lunch, I was craving a salad, but didn't have any lettuce, so I had to compromise! :)

Dinner
1/4 Marie Calenders Chicken Pot Pie (totally not worth the calories!)
265 Calories 7 Protein 2 1/2 Sugar

Snack to take my Gall Bladder Pill
1/2 Package of 100 Calorie Pack Cheese Nips
50 Calories 1g Protein 0g Sugar

Drank nothing but H2O all day

Walked 1 Mile today at an incline on the treadmill & did light weights for arms & legs
