Dinner
"Old Fashion Beef Pot Pie"
I have no idea about calories or anything, but I had a small serving with 1/2 a biscuit (no butter). The "Pot Pie" consisted of extra lean ground beef, peas, green beans, corn, a little chedder cheese, frenches fried onions, vegetable beef soup with barley, and some seasonings. I also had a small salad and a bite of brownie. All in all, a good protein day, I think!

Snack to take my Gall Bladder Pill
1/2 Package of 100 Calorie Pack Cheese Nips
50 Calories 1g Protein 0g Sugar

Drank Nothing but H2O all day

Walked 2 miles and did lifted weights for arms & legs

Looks good Amber. You have lost a lot of weight in 4 months. Keep up the good work, keep excerising and be patient, your body will catch up and reward you soon enough. Looking great!
