Have to start blogging my food. When I was doing it before it really kept me focused on what I was eating because I was reading it.

Breakfast
1/2 CIB (put too much milk, didn't measure, it didn't taste good)

Lunch
1 Boca Burger w/ mustard
Small salad with lettuce, cheese, turkey, 4 croutons, ranch dressing

Dinner
Small bowl of taco salad made with taco meat, a few chips crumbled up, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream


Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
I don't remember

Did .75 on the ellipticle at a resistance program. Ran up and down the stairs 5 times (OMG that was rough) Did 200 sit-ups and some upper body weights.
