Breakfast
1 slice of Sara Lee Wheat Bread for 45 calories
1/2 slice of american kraft cheese
1/2 slice of ham
a little butter on the toasted bread
Lunch
1/2 a steak burger form Steak & Shake
About 7 sips of chocolate milkshake (OMG so good)
A couple of fries (we brought lunch home, so with the drive the fries weren't any good)
Dinner
3 slices of totinos hamburger pizza
Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
1 oreo cookie
chex mix (not as much as last night but still too much)
1 small chocolate drizzle rice crispy bar
1 slice of swiss cheese
OMG, what the hell did I eat today, totally terrible! Way way way too much sugar! I threw away the M & M's today because I was tempted and had been eating them throughout the holiday! Going to toss the chex mix out too, it just has absolutely no benefits!
