1/2 a stupid hamburger with swiss cheese/low fat mayo/ketchup/tomato (picked off a lot of bread)
2 pickles
a few plain lays chips
Snack
100 calorie bag of wheat thins
Dinner
Small serving of chix fet alfredo
Small serving of corn
1/2 slice of Texas Lite garlic bread (tastes just like the high calorie stuff)
Drank 1 small glass of tea today then nothing but water the rest of the time
Did 1 mile on the elliptical and situps.
