Breakfast
I tried the carnation instant breakfast with a scoop of protein powder and YUCK!!!! OMG, terrible terrible! Never again! I opted for about 1/4 of a protein bar instead that really didn't take much better. Those things are so filling!
Lunch
1/2 hamburger with American/low fat may/ketchup/tomato (picked off most of the bun)
2 small pickles
a few plain lays chips
Dinner
2 toquitos with salsa
Drank only H2O today
Didn't directly exercise, but I started doing serious cleaning out of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. I must have spent a least 2 hours in there up and down.
