Slice of leftover Papa John's pizza with everything on it (picked off the sausage today)

Dinner
1/2 can of spaghetti ohs....so yummy! Only 6g of protein though and 180 calories

Drank only H2O today.

Did 1 mile on the ellipticle at a 2 resistance. Did situps too!
