Breakfast
last small bit of a sausage pig in the blanket (took off most of the bread)
Lunch
1/2 a hamburger took off most of the bun, with swiss cheese, tomato, ketchup, mayo and a few chips and a pickle
Dinner
Small piece of chicken fried steak with white gravy
mashed potatoes
a little corn
1/2 a roll
Drank 2 glasses of tea today and only a little water
No exercise
