4 Nachos (4 chips with refried beans, cheese, salsa)
Dinner
little more than a 1/4 of a hamburger (picked off most of the bread, with cheese, mayo, ketchup, tomato) and a few chips
A few bites of chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream
had 1 glass of tea and water the rest of the day
No exercise today.
