Crushed up tortilla chips with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa
Dinner
1/2 hamburger with swiss cheese (picked off a lot of bread) with may/ketchup/tomato
Snacked all day today, we had chips out for company so I was grazing. I have to stop doing that!!
Drank 1 glass of tea and a zillion of water.
No exercise
