Lunch
1/2 hamburger with swiss/ketchup/low fat mayo/picked off a lot of the bread
2 pickles
a few plain lays chips
(FINALLY THE BURGERS ARE GONE!)
Dinner
1 Tbs of peas
1 Tbs of mac & cheese
1 Tbs of mashed potatoes
1/2 slice of meatloaf
Drank only H2O today.
Did not work out, I know it sounds lame, but I never had a chance until now and I don't like working out after 6 in the evening. Anyways, was very busy babysat my friends 2 kids plus had Athena and the cleaning ladies were here, so the morning was crazy. The had doctors appts in the afternoon and had to run errands for a client. Got home around 5:45!
