Breakfast
1/4 slice of toast with butter
a little less than 1 scrambled egg
Lunch
1/2 hamburger with swiss cheese/mayo/ketchup/tomato (picked off most of the bread)
a few cheetos
25 reeces pieces
Dinner
Small bowl of homemade chicken fried rice (not too bad for having no clue as to what I was doing)
Drank 1 small glass of tea and nothing but water the rest of the day
No exercise today.
