Southbeach chinese chicken and crispy noodle wraps

A little bowl of chicken corn soup
5 saltine crackers with a little butter
Snack
about 1/2oz cheese
100 calorie pack of cheese nips
Drank only H2O today
No exercise, just getting things ready for the move. I was busy all day long.
