Breakfast
1 small pancake with sugar free syrup and 1/2 slice of precooked bacon
Lunch
About 7 totinos mini-chips with ff refried beans and cheese
(there were only crumbs so I had scraps of chips)
Dinner
1 slice of Papa Johns pizza with everything on it (although I picked off the green peppers, onions, pepperoni and sausage)
A chocolate chip cooke with M &Ms. I know I shouldn't have...but it was sooooo good! So glad I can still have a little suger and not get sick!
Drank only H2O today
No exercise, and no excuse, just no motivation at all.
