Been bad with blogging my food. Need to get back into the swing of things!

Breakfast
1 small pancake with sf syrup
1/2 slice of bacon

Lunch
1/2 sandwich on wonder bread for kids, with mayo, 1 slice of ham 1/2 slice of provolone
1 package of individual plain lays chips

Dinner

Snacks/bites/nibbles
1/8 of a chocolate bar with almonds (I had to support the kids selling them outside walmart)

Drank only H2O today, although not nearly enough

No exercise today
