Several bites of taco salad, which was mostly lettuce but I did add some guacamole (sp) OMG I forgot how good it is! I ate a few bites of the taco shell too, but tried to mainly eat the meat and veggies.

Picked apart a Ham/Egg/Cheese Crissont
Had mainly some of the meat and egg and a few bites of the crissont.
Ate maybe 3 hashbrowns.

1 Slice of Cheese Pizza
Small salad with ranch
Dinner
Mc Donalds cheeseburger only the meat and about 8 french fries
Swam for about 20 minutes
Drank only H2O all day

Over about a 2 1/2 hour period I managed to eat 1 slice of Little Caesers Pepperoni Pizza and 1/2 a breadstick with some sauce. I know, carbs carbs, but it was so good and I haven't had that in ages!

1 Little Caesers bread stick (they're gone now so no more) took over 30 minutes to eat (early evening)

The "Pot Pie" consisted of extra lean ground beef, peas, green beans, corn, a little chedder cheese, frenches fried onions, vegetable beef soup with barley, and some seasonings. I also had a small salad and a bite of brownie. All in all, a good protein day, I think!
