Lunch
1 slice of thin pizza hut pizza with everything on it (Thank goodness it's gone, that's why I hate buying pizza, it is my super duper major weakness)

Dinner
Cheese Tortallini
Red Sauce
Parmasean Cheese
1 slice of garlic bread

Snacks/bites/nibbles
2 fun size snickers bars
3 cheesecake hershey kisses (not any good, so why did I eat 3?!? Idiot)
BBQ Chips
About 10 peanut M & M's
5 slices of 98% FF OM Bologna throughout the day (only 25 cal per slice and 3 protein per slice)

3 small powdered donuts YUMMY

Did 1 mile on the ellipticle on the pace/resistance program
Did 100 situps

Have to start blogging my food. When I was doing it before it really kept me focused on what I was eating because I was reading it.

Breakfast
1/2 CIB (put too much milk, didn't measure, it didn't taste good)

Lunch
1 Boca Burger w/ mustard
Small salad with lettuce, cheese, turkey, 4 croutons, ranch dressing

Dinner
Small bowl of taco salad made with taco meat, a few chips crumbled up, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream


Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
I don't remember

Did .75 on the ellipticle at a resistance program. Ran up and down the stairs 5 times (OMG that was rough) Did 200 sit-ups and some upper body weights.

1 slice of Sara Lee Wheat Bread for 45 calories
1/2 slice of american kraft cheese
1/2 slice of ham
a little butter on the toasted bread

Lunch
1/2 a steak burger form Steak & Shake
About 7 sips of chocolate milkshake (OMG so good)
A couple of fries (we brought lunch home, so with the drive the fries weren't any good)

Dinner
3 slices of totinos hamburger pizza

Snacks/Bites/Nibbles
1 oreo cookie
chex mix (not as much as last night but still too much)
1 small chocolate drizzle rice crispy bar
1 slice of swiss cheese

OMG, what the hell did I eat today, totally terrible! Way way way too much sugar! I threw away the M & M's today because I was tempted and had been eating them throughout the holiday! Going to toss the chex mix out too, it just has absolutely no benefits!

Chex Mix (entirely too much) I knew when I got it I should put some in a bowl but I took the whole bag. Big mistake!!!

1/3 bag of individual cheetos

Dinner
Stuffing chicken veggie caserol (wasn't very good)
2 bites of biscuit

Snacks/bites/nibbles
1 serving of pretzel crisps
2 bite size snickers
1/2 slice of red barron pepperoni pizza

Drank only H2O today

Raked leaves and picked them up for a total of 4 hours
