1 slice of swiss cheese
Dinner
1 chicken fajita (took off quite a bit of the tortilla)
1 slice of totino pepperoni pizza
Snacks/bites/nibbles
A few lays chips
slice of swiss cheese
slice of godfather pepperoni pizza
Did 1.15 on the ellipticle in 30 minutes at a 25 incline on the pace resistance program. Ran up/down the stairs 5 times (does not include normal up and down) Did 100 situps and some leg lifts.
